New catamaran line, Dubrovnik to Budva (Montenegro)
There is a new catamaran line from Dubrovnik to Budva in Montenegro. It is a seasonal line, but hopefully will take some of the angst out of the land border crossings in July and August.
It doesn't work so great as a day trip but if staying in Montenegro for two or more days, it could be a pleasant way to arrive. Once in Budva, there are rental cars, taxis and buses to get to other areas. I hope next year they extend the season.
