My vote goes to Seville, where we spent 3 weeks in Feb 2020. Gorgeous walkable historic city. On a river. Fabulous food. Lots to do. We had perfect 70 degree or so weather every day. What’s not to love?

I would also vote for Seville in the winter - spent a couple of weeks there in February a few years ago. Magical!
