Need Ideas for a Vacation in June

My husband and I are planning a trip to Europe in early June and are having a difficult time deciding on a destination. We will have 10 to 12 days. We love water, picturesque towns, warm weather and great food. I also enjoy shopping and local food markets but that’s not a priority.
We like pretty scenery but not hiking or mountain climbing. I want to go someplace I have never been.
Amready traveled to London, Rome, Amalfi Coast, Ireland and Paris. No desire to go to Spain.
We are considering Switzerland and wondering if it’s best to see several cities in Switzerland or possibly combine Switzerland with another country. Open to other ideas. Never been to Amsterdam or anywhere in that part of Europe. I realize this is completely different but also thinking of Greece. We see things quickly and are okay traveling to a place for a couple days and then moving on but also not trying to check boxes. Thanks so much in advance.

I'm a huge fan of Switzerland, so naturally I'd say go and spend every single minute of your time there.

IMO, the best of Switzerland is well outside of the cities though.

Switzerland can easily be combined with Austria or Germany.

If you want warm weather, June might not be the time to go to Switzerland or at least not the Alpine parts of Switzerland that most people prefer. You also said you liked water. Although there are lakes in Switzerland, you are more likely to get warmer weather AND water (besides pretty towns and great food) on the French or Italian Riviera, northern Italian lakes, Puglia area of Italy, Sardinia, Sicily or even Greece you also are considering. Lots of great choices, and Switzerland would be the most expensive.
