It usually helps to show that you have at least undertaken some research on your own. Now, if you want to BUY an itinerary, that's different, but just asking for people to donate their time and experience to putting together a trip for a complete stranger is a bit cheeky.
Tell us what ideas you've looked into thusfar and what the two sisters are interested in doing, and what your budget is, and so forth. Unless you can demonstrate some serious participation on your own part, it's highly unlikely many people will be able to, or will want to, assist.

Well, as usual, your itinerary looks very crowded, especially Day 3 in Paris. You could spend a whole day in the Louvre alone.
But it's not too bad. I assume you're flying from Pisa to Bristol and then getting yourself to Bath. You'd better get cracking on hotel reservations.

I guess if I were editing (particularly since you are moving about quite a lot anyway) I would eliminate the day trips (Versailles, Ostia) for starters. I would try & find some more time for Florence. It appears you may not necessarily be including actual travel times either. Some of your travel days are chock full of activities, when most likely I would just like to find a nice cafe & have a drink. Also, you'll need to check museum hours & the like. The Louvre & the Orsay is a bit much as well. Way too busy for my liking, but to each their own.
