Name of a Specific Paris Restaurant

Hello,
I am looking for the name of a restaurant that I ate at in Paris. In my travel journal, I describe it as an "old school restaurant down the street from Lo Porto Montmartre where the waiters write your order on the butcher paper covering the tables." Can anyone name this restaurant?

Chartier is known for the waiters writing down orders on the paper tablecloth.

Thank you, Travelnut and cigalechanta, for your quick replies.
Chartier is absolutely the restaurant I am remembering. I just found a youtube video with those very waiters writing on the tables.
All my photos from my Paris trip are lost due to a computer crash coupled with a back up error. But I do have the written journal, which I will post soon.

Best, Kate
