My husband and I are going to Barcelona over March break. We'll be there on Sat. the 10th until the 13th and then down to Nerja. Should we make an effort to take a day trip to Montserrat? Will we have enough time to see all the "must sees" in Barcelona? Any advice would be great! Thanks.

Montserret is a half day trip You can do in a morning or afternoon about 4 -5 hours are needed. it is well worth the visit

Teri, just be careful to try and schedule your trip on a day other than Sunday. Last time I visited it was a Sunday and I'm pretty sure most of Spain was as well. Enjoy your trip!

Yes go!! And be sure to stop at the bakery when you get there and get a sugar to take with you. There was the best bakery there!

Don't miss the Palau de Musica in Barcelona. They offer frequent tours in English. It is well worth the visit! <BR>If you can "see" something while there, I would do so! <BR>Adios!
