Montmartre: any less touristy bits
I will be fortunate to spend Easter weekend in Paris (barring a BA strike). I've visited Sacre Couer and Place de Tetre and find Montmartre to be a fascinating neighborhood, albeit touristy. Anyone have advice about areas to explore away from the crowds? I'm also considering the Paris Walks Montmartre tour. It covers some of what I've already seen but a lot that I haven't.
Any tips would be appreciated!

Get or borrow a copy of the Eyewitness Guide to Paris and read about the ateliers and follow the walking tour.

See the Lapin Agile, by all means, but from the outside. We went for an evening, and found it to be a rip off. Crowded, lackluster show and sing-along, and I didn't drink the one "complimentary" glass of wine. Wine has to be REALLY bad if I won't drink it.

I might mention that the evening was not a total bust. The Montmartrobus that makes it's windy way up the hill was really fun! We caught it at Place Pigalle, and it was filled with the French cast and crew of the clubs hear Sacre Couer, most of whom were in costume, and in riotously good humor; giving the driver a hard time as he made the turns on those crazy corners. I highly recommend taking it for the entire circular route.
