Milan airport to train station
Hi, I'm thinking of flying into Milan and then taking a train to Venice that same day. Is there an easy way to transfer from the airport to the train station as we will have suitcases, etc Thanks

Hi Libby, as Henry said there is a bus which is the Malpensa Shuttle. It runs about every 20 to 30 minutes from the Malpensa Airport (I will assume that is where you are landing) to the Centrale (Central) Train Station in Milan. From there you will take the train to Venice. Note, you will want to get off at the Santa Lucia Train Station in Venice. Do not get off at the Mestre Venice Train Station as that is in the suburbs of Venice, west of Venice proper so to speak.
Anyway the Malpensa Shuttle cost around 5 Euro per person. Your luggage will be put in the storage area underneath the bus so you will not have to deal with it on the bus.
Figure around one hour from Malepensa Airport to the Centrale Train Station.
Now if you are talking about Linate Airport that is a different matter.
