We are 6 adults and 2 kids (age 3 and1) needing advice for our 5 day stay in Saint-gervais as home base - late August
the kids will be in backpack and mountain stroller for hikes

Day trips might include
​​​- Le Bettex tram from village with hiking
- Jaillet tram Megeve with hiking and picnic
- train to Chamonix and some adults going to Aguilera du Midi
-we will also spend time in village/playgrounds and pool complex

1. do you have recommendations for other day trips/ chairlifts?
2. Does the the Saint-Gervais leisure pass make sense?
3. Trying to get by without a car ( will train from Geneva)
4. Recommended restaurants in town for our group - we are casual
