Mercantour, Ecrins, Calanques, Port Cross National Parks

Which of these national parks are most scenic in order from most scenic to least: Mercantour, Ecrins, Calanques, Port Cross?

Are any of these national parks similar to each other?

Are they hard to drive to, from Nice or Cannes, during the last week of March and first week of April? What's the weather like there? Any chance of snow? Will we need 4 wheel drive to get to them? Are there any closures in the spring time (entrances or trails)?

Also which short and scenic hikes do you recommend in each? I saw Lac de Allos in Mercantour looks nice- to the lake and only 2-3 hours, hopefully round trip? Which others in these parks do you recommend?

thanks for your help
