Masserie in Puglia

Hi All. After nearly 4 years of planning, I am finally setting off my my Italian adventure in two weeks. After 3 days in Lecce, I will be renting a car to drive south to Otranto in the morning, then across to the "Maldives of Salento" and finally to Gallipoli for one night before returning to drop the car off in Lecce before heading to Brindisi. Can anyone recommend a frantoio or masseria in the area that I can stop by independently for a visit and olive oil tour and tasting? There seem to be offerings in Lecce city or Ostuni (north) but if I can drive to one a bit off the beaten path, that might be awesome. TIA.
