Marlena De Blase

Does anyone know if she is giving tours? Her book 'A Thousand Days in Tuscany' refers to the gastronomic tours given by her and Fernando.

What info do any of you have? I found a web site a one point that was under construction but haven't been able to relocate it.

Didn`t I read somewhere that she and Fermando are running a B&B in Orvieto?

The last I heard, she and her husband were living in Orvieto. I don't know whether they are still leading tours.

Perhaps the reason you were unable to find that Web site again is due to a small spelling error. IIRC, her name is "de Blasi."

You are absolutely correct! I spelled it wrong.....but when I did spell it right I couldn't find it either. All of the info is about her books.

I found the following information at www.holidaybank.co.uk. It's not exactly up-to-date (it describes the book about Venice as having been "just released&quot, but you might send them an-email, anyway. Even if she no longer works for this company, they might be willing to forward the e-mail to her. Good luck!

BEI RICORDI

I just finished rereading 1000 Days in Venice before I start reading 1000 Days
In Tuscany. I just love that book with her wonderful insights and experiences.

Does anyone know if currently she is running tours or cooking classes from her home? I have searched all over the internet and can't get any answers.
