I have a big winner for you! Use your browser and bring up "Mapquest" and take it from there. I have been able to pinpoint streets in a small town in Wurttemberg where our family emigrated from in 1747 -- so you should have no problems with the cities and towns you list. Let me know how you do, please!

M & J: Al is right on, as usual! I use "Mapquest" all the time and it works great. So does "Euroshell" for city to city travel directions.

When you arrive, stop in at any gas station and purchase local maps there. They are cheap and usually what you need.

Some places, like Bacharach and St. Goars, for example, are so small, a map is unnecessary. All you'll need to know is what side of the river they are located on and in what order (according to one another).

Have fun!

Mapquest is great but so is this website -http://www.cityguidefinder.de/CityGuideFinder/
It's in German but you can figure it out easy enough.

Traveling to Germany? Stop by Ben's Bauernhof and pay us a visit. We might be able to help you save a few dollars on your trip. (Not a business - just a hobby)
http://oasis.fortunecity.com//montego/267/
