Major Paris Sights & Restaurants Near Them

I have a million restaurant suggestions and both the Zagat's guide and Patricia Wells' book.
It is overwhelming to sift through all the wonderful recommendations but possible.
I also have the fabulous excel spreadsheet Anthony was kind enough to send and this represents some of the most wonderful places to eat for lunch/dinner coordinated with the major site near it.
I would love to have some suggestions like:"near Notre Dame- Le Vieux Bistro, etc.
What time would you recommend for lunch-12:30?Are there many lines at this time if by some chance we don't have reservations.
Some of the sites I'd appreciate your restaurant suggestions near are:
St. Chapelle, Eiffel Tower (not Jules Verne),
Versailles,St. Sulpice Church, Galleries Lafayettes (sp?).
As always, thank you for your help.

Sainte-Chapelle is just down the street from Notre-Dame, on the Ile de la Cite. Le Vieux Bistrot works for both.

I like La Bucherie, 41 rue de la Bucherie, in the 5th. On the left bank, just opposite and quite near Notre Dame/Ste Chapelle, on the edge of the Latin Quarter, not too far from even Saint Sulplice. This is on one of the oldest streets in Paris. The cafe has a fireplace to feel cozy around in season, very good food, and excellent desserts. At lunch time they get a mix of casual drop-ins and business people. They are open for lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner. Basically continuous service from noon to midnight, so it’s also a particularly good place to go to, as we did, on your day of arrival when you’re not sure if it’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner time. Next door is the famous English-language bookstore Shakespeare and Co.

Several guidebooks are arranged to give this information. Access is my favorite. It lists sites, hotels, restaurants, all neighborhood by neighborhood as you would find them on a walk. Sandra Gustafson arranges her Great Eats books by area as does Michelin and even the newly popular Hamburger book on bistros. So does Michelin red guide. Usually it's a pretty simple matter to look at the accompanying maps and determine what's near what.
