Anyone know how to find the Scotland article from Bon Appetit online? I'm too late to buy the magazine in the stores.

I've tried this in the past and was unsuccessful. In the days before internet I somehow or the other got a phone number to call to order an issue that I very much wanted and had misplaced, etc. There is a way to do it, and I could check back in old files (the old-fashioned kind!) to come up with a number, if you want to go this far to the get issue.

I think current issue of Gourmet has something about Scotland, also.

Sometimes local libraries carry back issues, I have found a few that way.

Good luck, I know how it is to miss a really good issue.

Bon Appetit's website is www.epicurious.com. While it's a great resource for recipes, it doesn't offer many articles. The magazine's parent co. website is www.concierge.com, which doesn't offer searches for Bon Appetit articles.

I think the local library is your best source. If you'd like to know a certain fact from the Scotland issue, post here & I'll look it up in my copy.

I don't know how this compares to what is available online as I don't get the magazine -- but they have a web site with feature articles, including that one. Basically, it lists six recipes. This is the URL
