Are there any luxury hotels or resorts on a beach located near Kusdasi?

Depens on what you would expect from Luxury. To my taste unfortunatelly there is not. There are 5 star hotels, resort etc. Most supplies mass tour operators. Again Luxury to you might not be the same to me.
K1smet is nice with its location I agree.
