They're all excellent, I inspected them all in 2005. Esperas has a partially obstructed view of the caldera, however. The main view for Esperas is the sunset. Also, check out Kirini, which is next to Perivolas Villas. There's also a new hotel opening up in Oia in May, the Mystique.

I hate to cast the dissenting opinion here, but we stayed at Perivolas in July, and really didn't think it was worth the money.
Maybe we're just not rustic enough, but when you're paying over $600/night for a one-bedroom, you expect a little more than a bed in serious need of a new mattress, so-so plumbing with a strange smell that permeated the room, and AC that left puddles of water everywhere.
We also thought that the pool looked much better and larger on the website than it did up close.
We met two other families there who were also very disappointed in their experience.
I will say that the terrace to our room with its amazing view of the caldera may have been the reason that the hotel feels it can charge so much money. That was really magnificent.
Just so you know, we loved Santorini, and thought that Oia, in particular, was definitely worth a million repeat visits. It's a place that's absolutely beautiful, and hard to forget. But we won't be returning to Perivolas next time.

No, I haven't visited the Majestic. Even though it's close to the edge of the cliff I question the quality of the view, and I note that since there's a road right in front of the hotel there will be traffic and noise when you're sitting out on the balcony.
