Looking for vacation apt. in Paris
Hello,
I'm planning a trip to Paris with my family (6 people) during the last week of May. My ideal location is around the Eiffel tower but I'm open to other good locations also. If you could provide some help or advice, I would greatly appreciate it.

Tram Phan

I'm looking for an apartment in September. I've been gathering web sites to explore for leaving on a short trip to Paris next week. Can't say which ones are good, but here's a list:
http://www.parisnet.net/apartmnt.html,
http://www.locaflat.com/aptlist.html,
http://www.chezvous.com/,
http://www.france-apartment.com/,
http://www.nyhabitat.com/paspecials.htm, http://parisapartmentsrentals.com/,
http://www.vacationinparis.com/toc.htm,
http://www.paris-vacation-rental.com/paris1.html,
http://www.paris-apts.com/,
http://www.goin2travel.com./paris.htm,
http://www.parislodging.fr/,
http://www.rentparis.com/indexa.html.

My plan is to hit these sites just before I leave on my short trip, print out all likely candidates, send emails to the contacts, and see as many as I can next week. I'll let you know if I find a particularly good company to deal with. ...Carol
Paris Bed and Breakfast http://www.parisbandb.com/
which I haven't seen mentioned, was the company we used to rent a nice unhosted apartment near the Eiffel Tower, very good price. P490 was the apartment, which had a bathtub and faced a courtyard, so very quiet. A laundromat and grocery store nearby. We were very pleased with the service and the apartment.
