Looking for Restaurant recommendations in/around Arles, Nice and Monaco

My husband and I will be travelling in July in Provence and then going to Nice. We will also spend an evening in Monaco. I want to ask my fellow fodorites if you could please recommend restaurants for dinner in/around Arles, in/around Nice and in Monaco (we will have a car). We are looking for inexpensive (max 100 euros for two), good local food and a pleasant overall experience. Many thanks!

Here are a few places we liked in Arles: Soleilei, 9 rue du Dr. Fanton-great glacee! (OK not a restaurant but great none the less),La Fuente--good restaurant at 20 rue de la Calade
and Au Brin du Thym-across the street from Soleilei (Around the corner from Hotel D'arlatan).

In Nice, we liked L'Authentic at 18 bis, rue Biscaria. All should be within your price range.

In Vieux Nice, L'Ecurie. If you like seafood, Café Turin: mostly locals who know good fish (and shellfish) when they see it.

In old Mougins, the wonderful Le Feu Follet, where you can have a 3-course menu with things like smoked salmon for around 35€. We just keep going back there--the restaurant is charming, the service excellent, and the food wonderful. Our French friends like it too.

In the Camargue, a half-hour or so from Arles, try La Telline and, if you're willing to spring for about $120 for an amazing experience - La Chassagnette, also in the Camargue:
