Long term parking at JFK

Anyone know about long term (10 day) parking at JFK. I assume there are tons of private lots and an official airport lot. Any recommendations and does anyone know specific costs? Thanks

My advice would be to fly out of Newark vice JFK, but if you must, there is a long-term lot. We used it several years ago. It is well marked for getting there off the parkway. What I do remember is that it took one hour from the time we parked, waited for the shuttle, got on the shuttle bus, and arrived at our terminal. Leave yourself plenty of time. Better yet, take a limo to get there.

Ann,
I'm not aware of any private lots.
LT parking at JFK works fine for us when we don't use a limo service. Mike is right that it can add some time waiting for a shuttle but we've never experienced more than 45 minutes from parking to drop off at the terminal.

LT parking is $8/day. Further info on the website: www.panynj.gov - select the Airports link.
