Long Distance Travel is Not for Everyone!
My co-worker just came back to the office in a disgusted state after her trip to Europe. Her friend (they are both adult women) decided three days after arriving that she wanted to go back home.
The friend got homesick, said the foreign language was too confusing,
didn't like the food or "old" hotel
and was miserable.
My co-worker decided to continue on without her, as they already had reservations in France and Italy, but she said her trip was not the same and came home disapponted herself.
Just a reminder to be careful whom you pick as your travel companion.

I always think travel is like relationships, I'll never understand why my friend has had a lifelong love affair with Barry Gibb. Different strokes and all that...
