Traveling to London and Scotland in July. <BR>Interested in reasonably priced but nice B&B's in London, Edinburgh, York, Glasglo, Inverness. <BR>May even go over Ireland for a few days but <BR>am not sure that we can see very much in only <BR>2-3 days in Ireland. Entire trip is for 2 weeks. Any input on places to stay would be <BR>appreciated. <BR>thanks <BR>

You might want to e-mail Stellarossa for recommendations in and around Edinburgh. <BR> <BR>As far as going to Ireland is concerned, I spent the weekend in Fermanagh in the Loughs and it was wonderful. It's a bit of a sod to get to from anywhere in Scotland but even going over on Friday morning 11am ferry (leaving Edinburgh 6am) and coming back Sunday 4.15pm ferry I would have said was worth the trip. <BR> <BR>Less than 2 days is not.

There are a number of quaint B&B in the area around Inverness (loved the area!), but you need a car to get to some of them. Are you planning on renting a car? Right in town, there is The Bedford House, right across from the Inverness Castle and close to the center of town. Huge rooms, modest, but very clean and comfortable.
