In March I will be in London with my almost 20 year old daughter for her birthday present. Then later in March will be in Rome for my 16 year old son's birthday present. Please recommend hotels in safe areas convenient to the sights of interest for first time visitors. I am hoping to find something for up to about $150 per night. WLS, you don't say how long you are staying in each city. Obviously, apartment rental is cheaper if you're staying an entire week.
