London: North vs South Debate
TimeOut London's free e-mail edition this week highlights the debate between North and South London - which one is the more redeeming, interesting, etc.
TOUT writers from North of the Thames and South of the Thames battle it out - and for folks seeking info on places outside of the tourist hubbub of central London there are many neat places mentioned - interesting pubs, etc.
I wonder what Fodor Londoners feel about this subject of North vs South
As for me i LOVE both the north and the south side!

I've always lived near the river, first just on the south side, now just on the north side, but with a great leap from west to east.
It's really that London is so vast no-one knows much more than the areas they live and work in, and the centre. Vast swathes of zone 2 and outwards are, for most of us, either uncharted territory (which makes some people uncomfortable) or more than likely to be Victorian terraces much like where most of us live anyway.
