I think I mentioned above we arrive after Christmas - so not an issue on eating.
Also - I cant find an apartment that meets location and budget constraints for my dates (as well as my bedding and bathroom requirements - at least 1 King and 2 bathrooms.) Most central flats are going for well above $600 a night. I guess I'm a little late to the party.
Im back to hotels - going to continue my search ....

That's 480 pounds; should be fine for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom flat. This one in Westminster has 2 bathrooms, one superking bed and is in a terrific location.

Don't know your exact dates, though. If you tell onefinestay exactly what you are looking for, they will find something to suit your dates and requirements.

MiamiBeachMomma, with two teenagers, for that amount of time, I would definitely opt for a flat. We let our Notting Hill flat through onefinestay. We have worked with them for 4 years; it's a great company. They have their own maintenance staff in case of problems, and they insist on proper internet/wifi in all the flats. Beds are made up using Onefinestay linens. Guests receive iphones with all local information on it, to use during your stay.
They will even put up a christmas tree in the flat, if you wish.

Not sure why they aren't responding - they are usually well thought of. Tulips may be able to find out something.
But just an anecdotal possibly related - all of my e-mails to one agency I use used to end up in their spam folder - we never figured out why. They changed their filters and now they go through.
Also - my brother lives overseas and if my messages have certain trigger words in the titles (no not those sorts of words ) they also end up in the spam folder.

Thanks all!!! I finally did get an email response from them (maybe Tulips was the key!) But in the meantime I reached out to some other agencies as well - working on a few options.
Thanks again.
Thanks again.
