London - near Paddington station for Heathrow Express if you want the easiest and quickedst way to Heathrow on a Sunday morning.
Or any car service. Heathrow Express takes 20 minutes - anywhere near Hampton Court would take longer.

You need to clarify what you are asking.
This is two different questions 1) Most convenient to HCP and 2) Most convenient to LHR. Not the same thing.
What time is your flight on Sunday?
On a Sunday morning I'd probably take a precooked car service to LHR since the traffic won't be an issue - - like justairports.com . Also, what else are you doing in London? I wouldn't pick a place simply because it is convenient to one site if I was visiting other attractions too.

I'd prefer a prebooked car service to a precooked one. The latter tend to be a bit soggy.
To get to HCP from London you take a train from Waterloo station to Hampton Court. Period. And if you're going with someone else, print out the voucher from www.daysoutguide.co.uk and get two admissions to HCP for the price of one.
