Delhi Brasserie on Cromwell Road for Indian.
ASK Pizza chain, two I know of are in the little mall at Gloucester Road tube stop and on a street beside Victoria Station--much more than just pizza.
Brown's Restaurant on St. Martin's Lane. Sticky toffee pudding is wonderful, and we like the steak, Guinness, and mushroom pie.
Paul's are also on Gloucester Road and beside St. Paul's Cathedral. Do have a macaron.
I also second Richoux tea rooms.
