London

I am sorry that I am so scattered. I have never planned an overseas trip before. We just found out that My dad has about 18 months to live so we want to take him back to england while he can still travel. I am trying to juggle health issues, travel planning , my family all at the same time, so please forgive me.
Thanks
Melissa

OK, Melissa -- I just checked. You have started 13 threads about your London trip in the last 24 hours. And as far as I can see you have not returned to ANY of them - to follow up, get any clarification, thank folks for the advice - anything.

You are going to get extremely disjointed advice if you continue this way.

I'm not trying to lecture, or give you "Rules" for using the forum - simply trying to help you use it more to your advantage.

Since you are self-admittedly so "scattered" I suggest someone else might better serve your Dad by doing the planning.

Yo, Melissa -

Did you know that you can pull up all of the threads you've posted (or contributed to) by clicking on your name?

Intrepid1 and I both have a history of getting slammed when we're merely trying to be helpful.

Hang in there, buddy!

Melissa: We all want to help you here. Honest. And you will get a LOT of very useful information. But please try to work w/ us a bit. You don't improve things by starting yet another thread.

Do you know how to find your previous threads? Clicking on your name will bring them all up -- sometimes you need to click on it twice to display the latest ones.

Then every time you think of a new spin on a question you don't need to start a whole new thread -- you just post another entry to the existing thread.

Oh Melissa, I AM sorry!
I know you must be feeling totally buried in details and wondering if you can do it, but you can.
Anything we can do, let us know..most of us are here to help.
