Lodging in Evora
Any suggestions for a place to stay in Evora? I have tried to make reservations at the Albergaria do Calvario (it looks nice on their website) but no one has responded to my online reservation request made one week ago. I have read a lot of favorable posts about Solar Monfalim but I was not very impressed with their website photos - something about the plaid furniture I think. We would like to stay inside the walled city and we will have a car so parking is a plus. Our budget is moderate but flexible. We are not interested in staying at the pousada.
