Ljubljana - Zagreb in November, weather worried
Hello! I'm planning a trip to Europe from middle November to end of December. Starting the first weeks in Vienna - Bratislava - Budapest - Ljubljana and Zagreb. But I'm a little bit worried because I saw the weather in November is not the best (because is dark, cold and with lot of rain) so the question is... Ljubljana and Zagreb worth a visit in that month?
I'm open to recommendations because I'm still deciding where to go, my 2nd option is: go from Vienna - Brno - Krakow - (take a flight to)- Riga - Vilna and Tallin

All the places you mention . . . It will be winter time. Very short days, cool/cold/very cold, rain or snow likely. If you don't want winter-ish weather It is strange you've picked centra/eastern/northern Europe.

Start in the north and work your way south where the weather will be better later in the year. You will find you will need specialist clothing in the north if you delay it until later. I am not an expert in any way on Scandinavian winters but I have been to Finland and Norway in early December and it only got colder and more unmanageable as time went on. My inexperienced mother had organised that trip and fortunately we were not tied into accommodation and went south to the Netherlands. Still cold and wet but at least I still have all my toes
