We are trying to book rooms in Ljubljana for early June 2004 and evidently there is a large congress taking place. We have tried Grand Union, Hotel Slon and Hotel Turist with no luck. Does anybody have another recommendation for something centrally located that would sleep 4 adults and 2 children, either an apartment or 2 hotel rooms. Thanks!

Try the Hotel Park.

Try the Holiday Inn, I believe the Hotel Park is next door and has the same owners. Plus the Holiday Inn has parking if you are driving. Went there several years ago, it's a 4 star hotel I believe.

whatever you do, don't stay at the Hotel Park. What a dump! Smelly corridors and saggy mattresses. Breakfast room is stuffy and food second rate
