Lisbon taxis, Easter, etc

Hi we will be flying into Lisbon and going directly to Cascais. There are 4 of us; would the train or a taxi/Uber be a better choice? Would prefer to take a taxi if it’s not a lot more expensive than the train for 4 of us. I’m not sure how the price of a taxi compares to the train.

We’ll be back in Lisbon on Easter. Will most stores be open or closed? We were thinking of going to Belém that day but would appreciate any suggestions on the best use of our time since it’s a holiday.

Also a guidebook says most US credit cards “can be problematic.” True? Should we plan on using cash for than credit cards?

Thank you!
