Get a gorgeous partner, rent a topless Ferrari and speed down the Amalfi Coast with nothing but the wind in your hair and la dolce vita on your mind.

..Sip Limoncello in Sorrento as the sun sets and the people come out for the nightly paseo.<BR>.. Buy Salami, cheese, fruit and local wine and savor each bite as you look out across the sea in Positano.<BR>.. Buy that leather purse you are admiring in that little shop in Venice.<BR>.. Say a prayer thanking God that you are in Italy.<BR>.. Stroll along the Via Condotti eating a gelato..<BR>.. Be driven on the Amalfi coast keeping your eyes open the whole time.<BR>.. Stop EVERYTIME you want to and not think "Oh I will see it the next time around."<BR>.. Stay in apartments instead of hotels so you can shop at the local stores and cook your own memorable dinner.<BR>.. Try different flavors of gelato each day.<BR>.. <BR>Somebody stop me !!!<BR>

Run away to get secretly married in Verona - we did it three years ago and fell in love with this beautiful city forever. We've been back twice since and it feels like coming home.

On an early October morning, hike up the mist-shrouded Appennine Mountains during the fall foliage season in Abruzzi (your ancestral home)with your indulging innkeeper who is on a private mushroom hunt for the elusive porcini mushrooms for the day's meals. No one around for miles and miles. A moment to savor for the rest of your life. (at least mine!)

Find every fountain in Rome and take a picture then document the experience in a diary! Wonderful to look back on when the "blues" hit you.
