Last night in Umbria

We have one unbooked night left to spend in Umbria after four nights in Bevagna, 6 nights in Tuscany and two nights in Cinque Terre area. Any recommendations for one last night in Umbria, city, area etc. We will be heading for Florence the next day. Thanks!!!

have a look at this place:

I haven't been yet, but will be there in August. Apparently if they Count is at home, you can have dinner with him. Sounds marvellous...

If you don't stay with the count, you might try Le Tre Vaselle in Torgiano, a nice little village with an old hilltop section where there's a neat old piazza with a lot of Italians, where tourists never seem to go.

Hi Trish
Why not try the Lake Trasimeno area for a restful time on your last evening?
Some nice hotels to choose from, on the route you will take for Florence and it is out of the central area where you will have been for 4 nights.

I loved the little town of Spello and one (actually two) of the best meals we had in Italy was at La Bastiglia in the hotel of the same name. We stayed at the Palazzo Bocci, a beautiful and friendly hotel.

Trish What is that? By the title, I thought you were going to tell us something intereting happened last night in Umbria. You are always asking but never giving!
