We loved the place, and once you go back the "alley", through the series of courtyards and corridors, and reach your room, you will be removed from any noise. I started having a panic attack when they took us out of the main part of the hotel, across another alley, and into yet another courtyard. I feared we were being exiled to "annex hell", but the room was absolutely wonderful -- really a suite with huge, huge bathroom and beautifully furnished and equipped. Are you arriving by car or taxi? If by car, let us know and we can offer some hints on how to get there and what do do. Taxi would certainly be easier.

Las Casas de la Juderķa is partially installed within the walls of Old Palace of Altamira and located quite centrally in a quiet alley so in my opinion if you like walking you will not need a car in that area. Just get a taxi whenever you need it and that“s all. They are not specially expensive. Do not miss Santa Maria la Blanca Church quite close to the hotel, an small church with a gorgeous ceiling.
Also very close to the hotel stands one of the oldest and most famous " freidurias" ( for fried fish ) of Sevilla and some other nice restaurants as Modesto or La Juderia.

I stayed there in June and I really liked the hotel and our room. The hotel has a interesting layout. In the main house, there are rooms on different levels facing a courtyard and then there is another courtyard or garden outside, connecting the main house to another building. I can't remember our room number but it was on the ground floor and faced the outside or garden courtyard and it was very, very quiet. I think there were only 2 ground floor rooms. It was also decorated very nicely with comfortable beds and a large marble bathroom. The location was amazing, right off a small alleyway in the Barrio Santa Cruz which is a charming area to stay in. It is the historic center with great restaurants, interesting shops and close to all the important sites. I was told that they are building a swimming pool which will be much appreciated by the summer tourists. When I was there in June, there was a heat spell (about 99 degrees), just as hot as in my home state of Florida!! I thought that the price was reasonable (19,500 pesatas for a double), the location wonderful and I'd definitely recommend it.
