I just got back from La Fenice. You will love it. We paid 115 euro for a cottage below the road with a terrace. Parking was 16 euro per night. The best way to contact the hotel is by fax-89/811309. I think the country code is 39. Constantino speaks English and will reply quickly. The phone number is 89/875513.

I think the only way to contact La Fenice directly is by phone or fax --- don't think they have their own website. You can get info about them through Karen Brown's website; she's listed La Fenice on her Italy B&B for several years. Her description is accurate. Another alternative is to book thru "Italy Farm Holidays" site --- http://www.italyfarmholidays.com/regions/farms/c1.htm<BR>However I don't know if they add a surcharge. I prefer to deal with hotels / B&B's directly.<BR><BR>

Thanks for all the help. I will contact him and see if my dates are available. I wanted to know how to get on his boat for the tour. Do I tell him that I would like to make a reservation for that at the same time that I am making a room reservation. Any help appreciated as this is my first trip to the coast. Harriett

Constantino uses Gennaro e Salvatore for the boat trip. I did not know that when I left-so I booked directly with the company before I left.<BR>http://www.syrene.it/gennaroesalvatore/Default.htm<BR><BR>They have a web site. <BR><BR>Although I booked in advance, the date was changed due to weather.<BR><BR>You will love any of the boat trips they offer.
