Kellogg...AA Frequent Flyer miles

My husband just brought home a box of Mueslix (we just returned from Vienna and the craving set in!) and I saw that with 5 boxes purchased you could get 500 miles.
Anyone want me to send what I collect to them? Send me an email and I will do so.
The offer expires November 2001. Seems like an easy way to collect.
Happy Traveling!
Gloria

Hi Gloria, that reminds me of the guy who bought HC pudding mixes for the rebates, and got something like 1,000,000 ff miles... I don't have the details, but he sure seems to have had the system figured out. Go Gloria, get those miles! Judy

Why can't we ever get these promotations in Canada? Yes you would end up with alot of cereal but you'd get points cheaper than getting them from actually travelling. Donate the cereal to your local food bank.

If you love Mueslix, then go for it - you can have your mileage, and eat it too - but don't do it just for the the miles.

Most frequent flyer programs allow you to buy miles at a rate of $25/1000 (which is $2.50/100 miles). 500 miles for 5 boxes of Mueslix means 100 miles per box. If you pay more than $2.50 for each box then you are better off buying the miles from the airlines.

Of course, the food bank suggestion is a great one. Happy eating!

I guess I wasn't clear enough. I am not a member of American Airline Frequent Flyer program and was just offering what I collect to another person who does collect AA FF.

I would just like to see someone use them.
