Cab fare from Heathrow

In addition to lockers, I meant to ask about cab fare from Heathrow to Victoria Station. I'm afraid we'll have too much luggage to maneuver the subway.

another hint - it is often better to post clarifying/add'l info as a response to your original post instead of starting a new thread.

Do NOT take a cab. It will cost your first born child - or nearly so. Very expensive. If you cannot manage on the tube, then pre-book a car service like justairports.com and save more than £20.

In the summer of 2006 it cost us $20.00US to go from Heathrow to the Jury's Inn which is right on the perimeter of Heathrow. So I can’t even imagine what it cost to go into London now.

Hester, you don't mean $20 USD, right, but instead $200?

Oh I see - I got mixed up. I was thinking of a central London Jury's Inn, not one at Heathrow.

Or get the National Express coach from the airport direct to Victoria COACH station which might be closer to your final destination
