Hi Mary, You can make them through a website "cometoparis.com".
They are usually booked months in advance and are very expensive. We went to another resturant on the next level down "Altitude 95" and had a very nice dinner with a nice view for much less.
Regards
Art
Mary, we used www.reservethebest.com to reserve at the Jules Verne. We asked for a table with a view and it worked beautifully. BUT>>> We reserved six months in advance. Had one of the best meals in my life there and the view and service were unbeatable. Good luck!!

When you contact them via e-mail, their response is that they are all booked up for months, but if you call them, ans struggle with your French - you have a much better chance of getting in. Consider lunch!

I called them to make reservations. Dinner was booked months in advanced, however, they did have lunch reservations available. We did that. It was wonderful!! Worth every penny. Lunch for 4 with no cocktails was about $200.
gail

Art -- can you talk a little more about Altitude 95? How did the food/atmosphere/view differ from the Jules Verne?

Until about 1 - 1 1/2 years ago it received mixed reviews. Since then it's been pretty universally praised. Best bet is to call directly. Here's contact information:
Jules Verne
Tour Eiffel 2nd Stage
Champ de Mars
75007 Paris
Tel: 011-33-1-45-55-61-44
Fax: 011-33-1-47-05-29-41
For more Paris information e-mail me.

Fred: Jules Vernes got a new chef a couple of years ago. Since you've never been to Jules Verne, why even comment. Oh, forgot, the ten bucks.
