If you;re going by train since you are under 26 years old you can use the Eurail Youthpass and if you go to half of the places in the OP it could be a great deal.
Consider taking overnight trains as many younger folk do - save on the cost of a night's accommodation and time as well - like between Amsterdam and Prague and Prague and Berlin and between Italy and Barcelona/Ibiza there are overnight ferries you can get a discount on with a pass.
For loads of great info on planning a European rail trip I always spotlight these IMO superb sites - www.ricksteves.com; www.budgeteuropetravel.com and www.seat61.com. In most of the countries you will be taking trains in you can still just hop on any train anytime with a pass - in Italy and Spain-France you need to make a seat reservation first however.

why are you going to Munich?
it doesn't really fit with the picture that you've painted of yourself and your mates, and jettisoning it would free up time for San Sebastien. Ditto Venice - a wonderful place but not great for partying.
I agree that you haven't really got long enough in Paris to make it worth going.

Whatever you decide IMO you should be sure to do San Seb. and for at least 3 days..It is a strainuous trip but doable for folks your age. You don't mention the time of year (unless I missed it) but San Seb. is good anytime but awesome in the early summer months or early fall.
Great beaches, bars, tapas, etc.,etc.,etc. Ibiza is crazy but you guys will love it also! Have a ball!! Watch your drinks, belongings and overly friendly strangers!!

>>>>I'm unsure that you have factored in the time it takes to move from one place to another...
How do these OP's even manage to find their way online to post questions?
>>>>I don't know anything about your interests, but for most people devoting more time to Amsterdam than to Paris or Rome seems very odd.
I don't know anything about your interests but telling someone that their personal interests seem very odd because they don't match yours seems....well, very odd.
>>>>Paris is a lot more interesting and no more expensive than many of your other stops.
Unless one finds those other stops more interesting than Paris, of course.
>>>>All I can remember was being in a railway station with a group of people around me wondering whether I was sick, drunk or stoned.
How unfortunate for you.
>>>>Why are you going to Munich?
Two possibilities - he is either interested in visiting it or, he wants to make people who don't like Munich wonder about his choices.

I backpacked all over Europe by myself in my 20's and it was totally a partying my way through Europe trip. I had a Eurail pass, though the rules and cost effectiveness for these were different back in the 90's, and must have hit almost 20 cities/towns in 2 months. I was interested in culture and architecture but more importantly getting to meet and know people who lived in Europe because I was more interested in people than places. Worked well for me since I had several folks invite me to stay at their homes while I traveled, saving me money on food and lodging and allowing me to actually interact with the locals. But the key points are having a blast partying with all the backpackers you'll meet in hostels. I don't know if you'll get a railpass and if it is cost effective anymore but try to leave openings in your schedule so you can change your mind and be spontaneous. You never know what you'll learn about along the way.
Amsterdam was the first stop on my trip and it was hard to drag myself away after 4 days of non-stop partying. I loved it and still do. I would drop Venice from your trip and though I know it's important to you can you take some time away from Ibiza? I know Ibiza is a huge party place and the temptation is there but you can party anywhere and San Sebastien would be an awesome place to party. Barcelona was OK but Seville was better, though it's all the way in the south of Spain. If you drop Venice and take time away from Barcelona and Ibiza it will give you a couple more days in Paris and time for San Sebastien. If you can plan any of your time in Spain with being there on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights that would be good since those are the real party nights in Spain. The best times of my life occurred on my backpacking journey and I'll never forget the parties, the people and the places. Hope you have a blast on your trip.

It's a fast, hectic pace, but doable for someone in there 20s. The only thing you need to consider is where you will be staying on Ibiza. It gets very crowded and expensive during the high season.
You'll have to fly from Rome to Ibiza and then Ibiza to Barcelona. Vueling and Iberia are the only ones showing direct flights.

It's just not possible to hold up to your planned itinerary, even as young bohemians. It's a little difficult to get to and from some of your listed cities.
And the distances from one city to the other are great. Interlaken is also out of the way, and Switzerland is very expensive. I'd suggest forgetting Barcelona and Ibiza.
You could fly from Rome to Paris on a cheap European budget air carrier.
After all, there's just so much fun that you three can have on one trip.

Munich - 3
Interlaken -4
Venice -2
<Interlaken is also out of the way>
not if going between Munich and Italy - Direct trains from Munich to Zurich then an hour or so to Interlaken.

For younger folk staying in a place like Balmer's Auberge - the infamous Balmer's Auberge is a great thing

Interlaken is most definitely "out of the way" from a logistical and geographical frame of reference as an intermediary stop between Munich and Venice.
One one does not get to Venice from Munich by traveling 4 hours west to Zurich and then back east along the length of the the Alps. Going through Zurich ( never mind Interlaken ) turns a 6:32 zero connection trip (best Munich Venice route) into an 11 hour plus, two connection trip ( best Munich- Zurich - Venice route )
