Family of four travelling to Italy for 12 months leaving Australia roughly July august (next year)Would prefer accommodation in northern coastal areas. Anyone out there able to supply rental ideas (long term)furnished cottage,apartment,villa,etc. Would make do with two bedroom. Rental prices would be appreciated. We don't seem to be able to find any sites, maybe keywords are incorrect.

Have you looked at slowtrav.com for rental agencies and reviews? Also, find the Villa Margherita in Levanto and then navigate his site for other rentals.
