As a few fodorites have noted, it is not at all difficult to make your own. There are many recipes on the internet. Now panforte is another matter. There are recipes for panforte too but they are not easy.

About panforte: Having tried more brands than I can name, I have found that the absolute best is the plain one (not chocolate) made by Corsini. It is available online from a few distributors.
