I've never been to Turkey but have attended international schools with many Turkish students.
Some of the Turkish boys were very agressive and creepy and often touched girls all over the place. They would act offended if you said no and begin to mope around. They would often go after many girls at once.
On the other hand, the majority of them were quiet and respectful and quite friendly.
However, even they were interested in foreign girls and persued and stared at them.
Italians can be worse at times, especially because they work in groups and don't leave you alone. I had to have my male itlian friend in italy get rid of a group of italians following me and saying disgusting things to me. They were drunk, but still, even with a male, they persued me.
The only placed i've been groped have been in NYC this past summer on a college tour and in paraguay--very creepy. It was a community service trip and many girls got propositioned and almost dragged into cars.
