Is 4 days in Prague enough?

We have a trip to Prague and Switzerland planned with 4 days/4 nights in Prague. I'm beginning to think that maybe I should add another day (if possible) in CZ so we can take a day trip to Trebon or Cesky Krumlove..??? Is 3 full days in Prague itself and 1 day for a day trip (somewhere outside of Prague) enough time? We're using FF miles and would have to check on availability?? Thanks,<BR>Marcie

Hi Marcie, I spent 4 nights in Prague and found that adequate to see all the sights and soak in the vibe of the city. If you can squeeze in a night at Cesky Krumlov that would be great because it is a charming little town. Very picturesque! Have a wonderful trip!

We drove to Praque through Saltzburg and from Praque through Vienna last summer and spent 4 days in Praque. The city is wonderful, but my favorite part of the trip was the drive through the countryside We stayed at the Rose in Cesky Krumlove and checked out the little towns like Trebon on the way. You can see a lot of Praque in 3 days, because everything is closer than you think. Of course you could also spend months there and not see it all. I will spend more time in the castle area next time. We stayed with friends above the castle and took the train in everyday, but if you stayed in the center, you could see most everything. The trick would be deciding which daytrip to take. Don't forget to buy garnets. I bought several for my children and wish I had bought some for myself.
