flsd is right - depends on where you are. In Greece it ranged from 2Euros/hour to as high as 6Euros/hour (ouch). In France it was about 3Euros/hour. Of course if you are using the in-house internet at a hostel it will be more expensive than at a cafe.

Slightly off the point, but when we were looking for a place to use the internet, the people we asked didn't understand the term "internet cafe." When we started using "internet point," they more readily understood the question.
