International city dialing codes
I am having no luck finding the international city dialing code for Honfleur, France; Mont St. Michel, France; and Alogny (near La Roche Posay), France. I've done internet searches, but I can only find the larger cities in France. Any suggestions?

Bobbi,
There is not such thing as "international city dialing code" for France. There is "international country code" for France and area code covering the cities you mention. The complication for France is that the properties list the numbers in 10 digits assuming you are calling from France, while calling from France from abroad requires dropping the initial "0" to make it 9 digits. Why don't you tell us which country you are calling from and an example of number in France you are calling to. Someone here would probably be able to tell you exactly how to dial from a non PBX phone (plain residential phone.)

Bobbi:
As an example: this is the number of the Tourist Office in Honfleur: 02 31 89 23 30.
From the US, you dial 011-33-23189230. From any other country, you replace the 011 with the international access code from your country.
The same goes fro any number in France.
