I've not been in Sicily at Easter but we stayed in Venice one Easter and Rome the next and had no trouble finding things to eat and drink over the holiday.
so long as you are in a big city/tourist centre I should think that you will be all right and of course if you stay in a hotel then they will have to feed you! The only problem might be that if you were in an apartment, shops may be shut on Good Friday.
