Capri 2014
Near Arco Naturale
It would be my dream vacation to charter this boat (with a captain and a chef of course) on the Amalfi Coast for a couple of weeks.

Sunset view from Monti rooftop (Rome).
Mt. Vettore (victor) is the highest peak in Sibillini park, straddling Umbria and Le Marche. This is the view from Castellucio.
Matera sunset.

Venice, Then and Now
Photo taken by me on a moving boat in 2018. Later I saw this painting done in 1775, nearly the same angle and perspective. Incredible! If you want to see more of my photos I posted them on this non-commercial site https://firsttimetoitaly.com/ .

On the window ledge of our Dorsoduro rental.
If memory serves, the second cork from the left was from a bottle of Fragolino.
The crowded bridge where we assisted an elderly local cross with her groceries.
Red in Erice.

What a beautiful tour! Dale i loved your picture of Ortigia. We were to meet our college daughter there in October but Study Abroad and our trip is of course cancelled. isabel I just looked at your link of pictures yesterday as I am starting to think about where to go for August/September 2021. Thanks for sharing! Such inspiration!
