Iberia.com question

Hi!

1. can i book tickets from iberia for travel within Spain for a march 2004 trip now?
2. I should get tickets issued via ciberticket? anyone used this option? then i don't have only 72 hours to pick up my tickets from a spain iberia office.
3. Will i be charged extra for ciberticket? I though it was 5 euros.

Thanks!

I booked tickets from Granada to Barcelona for early June 2004. I did it about a month ago.

No problem doing it inline.

I then called Iberia and they were able to confirm that it was really purchased correctly. I really didn't have to do that.

My brother in law bought hisd tickets from Madrid to Sevilla last year through iberia.com without a problem.
The cyberticket option is really cheaper, since the airline saves money on administrative cost of paper ticket.

It is actually just your e-mail confirmation that you show along with your passport.

I did it a few weeks ago for my February trip. You should have no problem.

Yes, get an eticket. I did this, and they sent me 2 confirmations (first a confirmation, then the actual eticket, I guess).

Actually, when I got the eticket, I got a 5 euro DISCOUNT for booking on line, not an extra charge.

Go for it. It works great.

1.If a fare shows up when you search the site, you can book it
2. if you are outside of Spain, as far as I can remember, you HAVE TO use the Ciberticket option
3. There was,on my ticket, a 4 Euro discount for using Ciberticket. If Ciberticket is an OPTION,but you choose a paper ticket anyway, then you add 5 euros to the cost.

I was very skeptical about all this at first, but the huge price savings made me overcome the skepticism . At the airport, I just showed my printed itinerary confirmation notice (Not the credit card charge confirmation from Iberia, which I think came first, and listed 2 passengers. The itineraries were e-mailed separately for each of us) .
Enjoy your bargain airfare!
