How to Go Ticketless on Thalys
Hello...
I just bought my "ticketless" tickets (Amsterdam-Brussels) on the Thalys website. The printout says the following:
As you have opted for 'Ticketless', you will be travelling without tickets. On board you will be asked to show your Ticketless or Thalys TheCard card.
Now I am worried. Does that mean I should have some kind of Ticketless "card"? (Note the structure of the last 7 words in the sentence.)
I expected to only need my printout confirmation from the website and email confirmation.
Am I worried over nothing?
Thanks.

Thanks, Kerouac...
Three days ago I had bought a pair of Brugge (Any Belgium Station) to Amsterdam tickets. It required a login, and it gave me actual tickets with barcodes (as PDFs).
So when this happened, it freaked me out...it never asked for login, and didn't send a link for PDF tix...only the confirmation info with seat assignments.
You have eased my fears of not having tickets to brussels for the day before we fly home.
Thanks again.

If in doubt, just go to the ticket office and they will tell you if you need anything more (and fix the problem). I think that in France and Belgium, the conductors have barcode and flashcode readers, but not necessarily in the Netherlands since they're at the tail end of the high speed line.
